As you can see from below it’s so so simple to make and it really tastes nothing like the pale jar bought stuff they call mayonnaise.
- 2 egg yolks
- (Keep the egg whites they can be used later in a different recipe. Put them in a freezer bag, seal and place in the freezer)
- 1 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
- a pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 300ml peanut oil
