This soup really couldn’t be easier to make and if you have a jar of the SBJ clay pot roasted garlic already prepared from the bits and bobs recipe page it’s even easier. All you need is a bag of frozen peas, some garlic, Parmesan cheese and some double cream.
- 600g frozen peas
- 2tsp SBJ clay pot roasted garlic
- 1tbsp olive oil
- 50g butter
- 600ml hot vegetable or chicken stock
- 100g freshly grated Parmesan
- 400ml double cream
