These little muffins are great for finger food or a little snack and can made, frozen and just defrosted, popped in the oven and served when needed.
Ingredients
- 1 packet of feta (you can use 200g of goats cheese if you prefer)
- 100g baby spinach
- 100g grated parmesan
- 4 eggs
- 150g self raising flour
- 150ml olive oil
- salt and pepper
