Mint sauce really is so simple to make and great with any lamb dish or even cold meats. Just a few leaves to chop and mix and it’s done.
- 2 large handfuls of fresh mint, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp apple juice
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
- squeeze of lime juice
